All domestic orders are shipped through UPS. However, for Alaska and Hawaii, USPS might be used. Naked Zebra ships to most foreign countries. International shipping is done via USPS.

For current and regular priced items, you must submit your request for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and all returned items must be postmaraked within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise in order for the seller to process your request.

Naked Zebra will contact you if there is a price difference. For all exchanges made, they will pay for the shipping out to you. You are responsible for returning the goods in a resalable condition.
