To rate and review a product:

• Click on the “write a review” link on the product page.
• Sign into your philosophy.com account or create a new account.
• Write your review, and rate the product.

To post your feedback on Facebook:

• Click the Facebook link at the bottom of our site.
• Sign up to connect with philosophy on Facebook.
• Post your feedback.

Simply click the sign in link at the top of our site, and click the forgot password link on the sign-in page. You should receive an email from philosophy entitled “your password has been reset.” If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. you must sign in to your account using your email address and the temporary password exactly as it is displayed in the email. once you are logged in, just choose the link to “view profile” then choose the option to edit your password. the “old password” it will ask for is the temporary password that was emailed to you.

You will have the option to choose 3 samples with any order placed online at philosophy.com. if placing your order via phone, the consumer care team will be happy to add up to 3 samples to your order. you may also use their store locator to find your nearest retail location, where you can sample a wide selection of philosophy products.

The goal of Philosophy is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. please refer to the shipping policy page for more information.
