Does Ritzpix Color Correct My Photos?
Ritzpix does not apply any corrections to your photos. Ritzpix does however calibrate their machines to ensure you are getting the best color quality possible, which should closely match the images you send Ritzpix for printing.
Can I Move Photos From One Collection to Another?
Not at this time. Using a computer, you can create new collections of photos, Delete photos from each collection and change the privacy settings of collections.
What File Types Can I Upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG & TIFF. All images are reprocessed as JPG for production. Images with Transparent Backgrounds may cause issues when building creative products. JPG or JPEG images are recommended for best results.
Why is There a Print / Card Minimum $5.00?
At RitzPix.com, they strive to offer the lowest pricing possible, and in order to do so each order must be a minimum of $5.00.
This DOES NOT mean you have to order $5.00 worth of the same item on RitzPix, this only means that your final order subtotal (before shipping) must be greater than $5.00.
Can I Order a CD Of My Pictures?
No, RitzPix.com currently does not offer Picture CDs.
How Many Promo Codes, Vouchers Or Coupons Can I Use Per Order?
One promo code can be used per order. Discount does not apply to shipping unless specified. Promo is only valid on RitzPix.com and does not apply to apps or pick up at store if available.
How Do I Refund My Order?
At RitzPix.com, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase, please contact Ritzpix so they can replace it at no charge or arrange a refund. It’s that easy!
Ritzpix will ask that you email Ritzpix a photo of the unsatisfactory items showing their mistake. If you request a replacement, Ritzpix will replace, or arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.
Does Ritzpix Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, but only for California and Virginia residents shipping to an address within their state.
Does Ritzpix Ship Outside the United States?
Ritzpix provides shipping to the United States only.

RitzPix currently accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover.
Does Ritzpix Offer 3 X 5 Prints?
No, this print size is no longer offered.

- Ground orders are generally delivered in 10-12 business days.
- Express orders are generally delivered in 5-7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages.
