At RitzPix.com, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase, please contact Ritzpix so they can replace it at no charge or arrange a refund. It’s that easy!

Ritzpix will ask that you email Ritzpix a photo of the unsatisfactory items showing their mistake. If you request a replacement, Ritzpix will replace, or arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.
