Can I Choose a Different Item In Exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

When Will I Receive a Replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Does Chumbak Arrange for Reverse Pickups?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check if your pincode has this facility in "My Orders" or "Track Order" section of the website, or by contacting [email protected] If your pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

What Items Can I Return to Chumbak?

You can return all items except personal care items, furniture and any inner wear/swimwear like boxers. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform Chumbak of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Chumbak was founded in 2010 as an idea for creating a range of fun souvenirs for India and Indians. It was a simple thought. Let’s give the world something cool to take back from their travels to India. Chumbak also loved design and that was always above everything. Period.
