• How Long Until My Mattress is Ready for Sleeping?

  Once the mattress has been opened and placed PerformaSleep will ask that you allow for 8-10 hours before sleeping. If you don’t have 8-10 hours to let the mattress sit then please start enjoying your mattress immediately. 

• What Makes the Performasleep™ Mattress Better for Athletes?

  Athletes tend to be denser, therefore they need more support. They also tend to be hot-natured, and need a cooler mattress. In the PerformaSleep™ mattress, PerformaSleep will give athletes just that.

• How Many People Does It Take to Unpack the Mattress?

  PerformaSleep will recommend that two people place the mattress into the room it will belong to. Once the mattress is placed in its new room then one person can handle the rest.

• When Can I Expect My Mattress to Ship?

  The PerformaSleep™ mattress typically ships within 2-4 business days. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that will delay this any longer you will be notified by one of our team members.
