What's the Return Policy Of Pandahall?
(1) Defective Products. Pandahall will accept returns on website purchases within 30 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, Pandahall also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping cost (from China to customer's country). The customer is liable to confirm with PandaHall service team for a advisable shipping method.
(2) Non-defective Products. Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.
Can I Purchase the Goods In Mixed Colors Or Sizes?
There are two cases:
- Available: Pandahall have Mixed Products zone where the items are mixed by color or shape. You can pick out what you like.
- Unavailable: For example, "I would like to buy 20 strands of 4mm round cat's eye beads. Can I purchase 5 strands in white, 7 strands in blue, 8 strands in yellow?" --Pandahall are very sorry but they can not provide you the beads in such mixed colors as each item on Pandahall's website has a minimum quantity required.
