How Long Can I Receive My Redmagic Refunds?


Once your return is received and inspected, Redmagic will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Redmagic will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What is the Return Policy Of Redmagic?


Redmagic's policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone after you received it, unfortunately Redmagic can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, Redmagic will require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How is Shipping Calculated?


Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. The following options can be selected during checkout: 

  • Standard Shipping (2 business days processing time + 4-9 business days delivery); 
  • Express Shipping (1 business days processing time + 2-5 business days delivery);

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges will be necessary for shipping addresses in remote locations. Redmagic is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

What is the Shipping Policy Of Redmagic?


Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of Red Magic. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately. 

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage. 

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. 

Red Magic will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached.
