What's the Cancellation Policy?

Should you need to cancel your order within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, and $15 administrative fee will be charged. It is unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with the courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above (eg. if delivery is on the same day) are void. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in the form of a gift voucher to avoid administrative fee.

What's the Return Policy?

On average, the flowers should last between 5 - 7 days. If you find that your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and they are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Roses Only will happily send you a complimentary replacement order. In the instance that your order has not met the world class standards that Roses Only is known for, Roses Only kindly reserve the right to request photos or images of the original order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Roses Only purchase, they kindly request that you communicate your concerns to the Customer Service within 3 days of delivery on 212 754 5697.
