Firstly, check if your code has been applied successfully. Then please check if the code already expired or in a wrong spelling. 

Rotita accepts PayPal and Credit card at the moment. Rotita doesn’t accept the cash on delivery.

Rotita offers free shipping by Flat rate shipping. And there is shipping fee for expedited shipping and standard shipping.

When you place an order with Rotita they will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). Rotita will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page and the shipping time doesn’t include the processing time. The shipping time is decided by the shipping method you choose and the distance of your destination.

1. The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by warehouse and verified the conditions of the items. 
2. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Rotita wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time. 
3. It normally takes 10-20 business days which depends on your financial institution for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

It is Return Merchandise Authorization. Rotita will send it with the return address in the return ticket. And when you drop the return package to the post office, you need put it on the return package.

Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. Rotita does not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax.

Rotita will offer full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes and Rotita points cannot be refunded as monetary value and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  

And please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
