How Do Custom Products Ship?

  • Customized products always ship FREE!
  • These items do require a signature for delivery.
  • Unfortunately, Timberland is unable to ship custom products to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Customized products are shipped using an expedited delivery service to minimize transit time.
  • Manufacturing time for customized products varies depending on the style, usually 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping times are approximate. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Deliveries will be attempted Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
