To return or exchange an item you will need to mail it back to Blueberry Brands with the original packaging. Once Blueberry Brands receives it back Blueberry Brands will send you a replacement item or a full refund, according to your choice.
Blueberry Brands strives to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, most orders are processed immediately and can't be changed or cancelled even if they haven't shipped yet. Blueberry Brands understands that there are situations where an order may need to be canceled or changed, and Blueberry Brands will do their best to accommodate that need. But, in most cases, Blueberry Brands is unable to cancel or change orders.
Blueberry Brands does offer free shipping on all returns from the UK, so if you are unable to cancel or change your order, then you can return it to Blueberry Brands at no charge.
After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. You can also log in to your account and view your order history.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, the item must be returned to us. Our customer support team will work with you to return the damaged item and ask if you’d like to receive a new item or a full refund. Please notice a full refund will be given only once the item is received. The refund will take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.

For orders made in the UK allow 5-8 business days for delivery.

If you are ordering in the UK you won't have to pay any additional costs as the price includes VAT & import duty.
