How Do I Return an Item Shipped to Me Directly From the Manufacturer?

Cabelas is very sorry to hear that the merchandise didn't work out for you. Since this merchandise is being shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor, Cabelas' drop ship department will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange for another item. With CLUB Visa® and CLUB REWARDS, you will have different options in checking your points balance.

Do I Have to Pay Return Shipping?

Return surface shipping is automatically reimbursed if Cabelas has made a mistake on your order or if merchandise is received in a damaged or defective condition. Cabelas is unable to reimburse additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers. The refund will be issued to the original pay type used on the order.

Does Cabela's Accept PayPal As a Form Of Payment?

At this time Cabela's does not accept PayPal as payment. Cabelas does however accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB. You may also mail your order to Cabela's Inc, One Cabela Dr, Sidney, NE 69160 with a personal check or money order.

A CLUB card is factored into two categories, one being a Cabela's CLUB Visa and the other a Cabela's CLUB REWARDS.

The "Read Reviews" link will open a new window in your browser. Below are a few tips in navigating within that window.

  • Use the sort options in the dropdown box to reorder the reviews by date or rating.
  • If there are more than 4 reviews, click the link in the bottom right hand corner to display the next page.
  • To make the window larger, click the maximize icon in the upper right hand corner of the window.

Where Do I Go to Read Reviews?

Navigate to a product page and look below the product image. If the product has been reviewed by customers, it will display the "Overall Customer Rating:" and the number of reviews in parentheses after the "Read Reviews" link. If the product has not been reviewed, it will display a link to "Be the first to write a review!"

What are Customer Ratings & Reviews?

Cabelas' customers rate products they have purchased on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. In addition, they write a short review that shares their experience using the product. Customer ratings and reviews are posted to Cabelas' web site to help customers choose the best product that meets their needs.

Reviews are not displayed if personal information is included, such as full name, telephone number, e-mail address, information about other companies and web sites or pricing information.
