Promotional codes can be redeemed at the time you place an order.

Tip: If you received a concession promotion from Amazon Customer Service via e-mail, that promotion was automatically placed on your account and will appear on the Order Summary page before you complete your order.

To redeem a promotional code:

  1. Follow the deal instructions or go to the promotion's Terms and Conditions.
  2. Enter the claim code on the Select a payment method page or on the Place Your Order page of the order form.

    Note: If you don't place an order at the time you enter the code, the promotion will remain on your account until it is used or until the promotion expires.

    Verify that a promotion code was successfully applied by reviewing your Order Confirmation e-mail or by going to Your Account.

Amazon's Two-Step Verification adds an additional layer of security to your account. Instead of simply entering your password, Two-Step Verification requires you to enter a unique security code in addition to your password during sign in.

You'll enter your sign in information like you normally would, but then you'll be prompted to enter a security code. You can receive this security code in a variety of ways depending on the option you select during sign up, including text message, voice call, or authenticator app.

If you need help from Customer Service after enabling Two-Step Verification, you'll need provide a security code similar to when trying to sign in to your account.

How to Enable Amazon Two-Step Verification?

To enable Two-Step Verification:

  1. Go to Advanced Security Settings.
  2. Click Get Started to set-up Two-Step Verification.
  3. Add your primary phone number (this phone must be able to receive SMS messages) or download and configure an authenticator app and click Send code.
  4. Enter the code that was sent to your phone number or generated through the authenticator app and click Verify code and continue.
  5. Do either of the following:
    • Add a back-up phone number and decide on delivery format (text message or voice call).
    • Download and configure an authenticator app. This will allow you to generate security codes when you're unable to receive messages to your device.

Now, you're enable the Two-Step Verification for your account.

Note: You won't be able to turn on Two-Step Verification without adding a back-up phone number. This is so that you have a back-up option to receive a security code if you no longer have access to your primary mobile device.
