By logging into your Clarins account you access your address book which allows you to register a delivery address different from the billing address. When placing the order, simply select the billing and delivery addresses.

The package will be delivered to the address indicated with a Delivery Voucher without price. You will receive by e-mail the packing slip containing the encrypted detail of your order.

By default your delivery address corresponds to your billing address. In the steps of the order you have the possibility to modify your delivery address. If you have an account on our site, you can also create, modify and save your addresses in your address book. However you can not change the delivery address of an order in progress.

All Clarins products are available online. In case of temporary stock-out, you can not add the product to your basket. Clarins FR will advise you to return to the site regularly or contact Clarins.com Customer Service by filling out Contact Form to be informed of the arrival of the product in stock.

Find your products. You can search for a product by browsing the site or by typing the name of that product in the "search" box at the top of every page.

Add a product to your cart. Once you have selected the item you wish to purchase and entered the quantity (limit of 3 quantities per item), click on the "Buy" button to place the desired item and quantity in your shopping cart.

View the contents of your order in the shopping cart. You have access to it at any time during your visit to the site by clicking on the icon "shopping cart", present on all pages of the site, at the top right. If you wish, you also have the option of changing quantities, adding or deleting products, within the limits of our maximum purchasing policy.

Confirm your order. Once your purchases are complete, click on the "order" button to follow the different steps and make your purchases. After the validation of your order, a thank you page will be displayed with your order number, confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive an order confirmation by email.

You can place your order directly without registering in the "My Account" area. By registering, however, you benefit from many advantages: exclusive offers, privilege gifts, product news, tracking and order history ... By saving your delivery and billing addresses in your profile, you can validate and pay for your order more quickly.

From your My Account area, you can recover your password by clicking on the forgotten password link. It will be enough to fill in your e-mail of contact and to validate your request: your password will be sent to you at this address.
