How Can I Add / Delete Items In the Shopping Cart?

To ADD or DELETE items from your Shopping Cart, go to your Shopping Cart located at the top right corner of the page. 

To DELETE items: click the “REMOVE” button.

To ADD items: Open the page of the item, add it into cart after selecting the color and size. 

To Change the QUANTITY of an item: click the button “+” to increase the quantity and “-” to decrease the quantity. 

To CHANGE an item: click the “EDIT” button. 

How Can I Check My Order Status At Bellelily?

Log into your account and go to “My Orders”. You will see the following order statuses:

Paid Preparing: You have paid for this order and Bellelily is processing the parcel. Processing time is 1-8 business days.  

Once the order is paid successfully, you will get an email with order confirmation and details. 

Paid Partially Shipped: Because your orders may contain multiple items, you may receive multiple packages. "Partially Shipped” implies that some of your items have been shipped. You will receive several emails containing shipping information and tracking numbers.  

Paid Shipped: Your parcel has been shipped and Bellelily will e-mail you the shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

When Will My Account Be Charged for My Bellelily Order?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and you will receive an email informing you that your bank or card issuer did not authorize the payment.  

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally a payment will appear to be pending despite not being authorized. In these situations, it make take a few days to process the refund. 

Payments made via Echeck will take a few days to reach us despite appearing to leave your account immediately. Bellelily will begin processing your order once they receive the payment.  

What Privileges Does a Wholesaler Have?

Wholesalers’ Privilege

  1. Wholesalers are able to use products’ details, pictures and size info from bellelily.com. 
  2. Wholesalers’ orders will be arranged at the first time. (Please leave a message on the checkout page with “Wholesale Order” (if you're placing a wholesale order). 
  3. Any questions about wholesale orders will be answered in 24 hours. 

What’s the Return Policy Of Bellelily?

While no items are eligible for returns, Bellelily is committed to you loving your order.

At Bellelily, they are committed to you. They are able to offer you amazing discounts because they don’t house inventory after their sales end. Therefore, they cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. 

If a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, they are committed to doing their best to find you a satisfactory solution.

What Should I Do If There is an Item Missing From My Order?

Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels. Please log into your account to check the tracking number of each item. If you find more than one Tracking Number, they have shipped order in multiple parcels. Items with same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time. 

Can I Return Or Exchange an Item If I Don't Like It?

Please be sure to check out return policy prior to purchasing an item.

Because they don’t support returns, if you send back an item, you will be subject to a shipping fee that may cost more than the product itself.  You can check with your local post office for details.

What Should I Do If There is a Size Or Color Difference With the Orginal Item In Your Shop?

If an item you have received has size or color problem, please do the following:

  • For color issues, send them photos (using natural light) of the item, package, and labels.
  • For size issues, please place the garment on the floor and using a tape measure, measure the Bust, Waist, and Hips. Send us a photo of these measurements.
