What Should I Do If I Want to Change the Shipping Address?

Please contact Newchic, if the order has not shipped, Newchic will update the address. Newchic cannot change the delivery address after the order ships.

Where is My Another Package?

If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are not in stock, the order will be split shipped. Items in stock will be sent first, and when the other items are in stock, they will be sent in another package.

Why Was My Paypal Payment Declined?

Payment is handled directly by PayPal. NewChic is not given any payment information. Please verify the following and contact PayPal if the problem persists. 

  • Zero balance without any backup funding
  • Returned check
  • Negative balance
  • Exceeded spending limit
  • Credit card expired

Why Do I Not Have the Option to Pay With Credit Card?

Credit card payment is not available if: 

  1. Your order total is greater than our credit card payment limit;
  2. Your order contains order makeup, skincare or hair wig.
  3. Credit card payment is not available in your country.
  4. You are placing a dropship order.

In most situations, you can still use your credit card if you pay via PayPal.

If you have an issue with making a credit card payment, there are numerous reasons shown above. Unfortunately, Newchic doesn't have access to the precise information. If you are unable to complete payment, Newchic strongly suggest you check the card details, complete the transaction with another card or use another payment method. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.

Why Did My Credit Card Payment Fail?

The most common credit card issue is incorrect card details, if you have checked the card details are correct, these are other possible reasons:. 

  • A do not honor status is sent by the bank that issued your card.
  • The card has insufficient funds.
  • The card has expired or has not been activated.
  • System transaction timed-out.
  • The Card is reported stolen or lost.

What Payment Methods Can I Use to Pay My Order?

  3. iDEAL
  4. Wire Transfer Payment
  5. Cash on Delivery is only available for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
  6. Boleto Bancário (only available for Brazilian customers)

I Did Not Receive My Order, Why is the Tracking Status Showing As Delivered?

Possible reasons include: 

  • The delivery address is incorrect .
  • Someone else has signed for the parcel.
  • The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
  • The parcel has been delivered and left in your mailbox.

If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact Newchic.

If the shipping address is correct, Newchic recommends you check your Mailbox and look around your property to be sure it has not been left outside. If you can not find the package, please contact Newchic.

Why Haven’t I Received My Newchic Order?

A. Your order has not shipped out yet. Newchic recommends you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders --My orders.

B. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact Newchic.

C. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons:

  • The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery. 
  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The package was rejected during customs clearance.

D. The item is lost in transit.

Why is My Newchic Coupon Not Working?

If your coupon is not working, the reason will be given when you try to apply the coupon code. Common reasons include: 

  1. The coupon has expired.
  2. The coupon may have been used already.
  3. The coupon can only be used a limited amount of times and has reached this limit.
  4. The coupon code has been incorrectly entered.
  5. The items in your cart can not be used with the coupon. Some coupons are restricted to certain products, categories or promotion pages. 
  6. Each coupon has a limited number of times. If your coupon not working, maybe your coupon exceed usage number of time.

What Does the Order Status “Back Order” Mean?

“Back Order” means that some products in your order are currently out of stock and you need to wait for new stock to arrive. In this situation, your order will be split into sub-orders, and Newchic will dispatch the available items first.
