Yes. For exchanges via mail, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice indicating the exchange item #, size and color you would like. Please note that Chadwicks does not charge shipping on exchanged orders and that return postage is not reimbursed.
You may return any merchandise within 30 days and receive a full refund on the price you paid (less any shipping charges), or take up to 90 days to decide and receive a merchandise credit towards your next purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, Chadwicks will not charge you for shipping on your new item.
