Sabon products do have an expiration date and this date is printed on the packaging of each product. Despite the expiration date, Sabon recommends you store your products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat in order to preserve them. Storing products in their original packaging is also highly advised.
Sabon offers complimentary returns and exchanges. Sabon will only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on Sabon.
Any order placed through Sabon is eligible for pre-paid shipping label through their Easy Returns option, located at the footer of their page.
You are eligible for a refund within 45 days of original purchase back to the original form of payment. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Sabon customer care is able to cancel an order up to 30 minutes maximum post an order being placed only during traditional business hours. Once, it passes the appropriate time frame, customer care is unable to make any changes to your order as it is being processed.
Sabon reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with their Terms & Conditions.
UPS is the primary shipping carrier used by Sabon; UPS is unfortunately unable to deliver Sabon packages to any P.O. boxes.
