The card issuer will make all the necessary checks in order to validate and authorize the card. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Look Fabulous Forever at any time or for any reason they cannot be held responsible for any delay in or cancellation of your order. Until we have received full payment from you the goods legally belong to them. If Look Fabulous Forever subsequently pay you a refund, they once more own the goods.

To order products from the Site you need to follow a simple procedure. The order is not finally placed until you have clicked the ‘make payment’ button. Up until that point, you can change your order, but your order is deemed to have been placed once the ‘make payment’ button is clicked and cannot subsequently be amended.

The contract between Look Fabulous Forever and you the customer is completed when they have despatched the goods to you. If you wish to cancel the order you will then need to follow the returns procedure.

Returns Note and Postage Label

Should you wish to return any of your products to us, please notify them by emailing returns@lookfabulousforever.com with your order details including the order number, your name, and address and which items you are returning to Look Fabulous Forever and the action you would like them to take i.e. refund or exchange. Look Fabulous Forever will then arrange to send you a free Returns Postage Label via email to place on your parcel to send back to the warehouse facility in Florida.

Online Purchases 
Within the order packaging, you will find details of your order. Please notify Look Fabulous Forever by emailing returns@lookfabulousforever.com or give them a call on 0808 168 7447 with your order details, your name, address, which items you are returning to us and the action you would like them to take i.e. refund or exchange. Look Fabulous Forever will then arrange to send you a free Returns Postage Label via email to place on your parcel to send back to them. Please enclose the original packing list and let them know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Returning Your Empty Makeup Containers For Recycling
Simply pop your empties in an envelope and post back to us (using the standard postal service). This is currently only valid for the UK, but in the future, they will look to expand this facility internationally.

All orders received from Monday – Friday before 4 p.m. (UK time) will be posted on the same day. Orders received after 4 p.m (UK time) will be posted on the following day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent on the following Monday (excluding UK Public Holidays).

Transit times are estimated and may vary due to seasonality and other factors. They are quoted in working days and exclude weekends and local public holidays, they are not guaranteed.
