Will I Be Able to Return Merchandise That is Over 30 Days Old?

Unfortunately no, any purchases over 30 days old are not be eligible for a refund.

What is the Exchange Policy Of Reebok?

The Reebok online shop does not exchange products. Simply return it for free using the Self Service Returns, then order a replacement at www.Reebok.com. Or call the Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-870-1743. They’re available Monday – Friday, 8am-8pm(ET) or Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7pm(ET). 

If you have received an incorrect product, contact Customer Service. They’ll help connect you with the right gear, so you can continue your fitness journey.

When are Promotional Discounts Applied?

You get them at check out. Just enter your valid promo code.

What Products are Excluded From Promotional Discounts?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts exclude items ending in $0.98, CrossFit merchandise, limited releases, gift cards, previous purchases, ZPump Fusions, UFC Fight Kits, and custom shoe orders. 

How Much Does Shipping Cost Of My Order?

Reebok offers free shipping for all orders over $49. Choose a shipping method at checkout for your product(s). Your total shipping charge will automatically compute prior to completion of your order.

Can Orders Be Shipped Outside Of the U.S.?

No. YourReebok only ships to U.S. addresses. 

What is the Return Policy for Merchandise Purchased On Reebok.com?

Reebok wants you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return Reebok.com product(s) using a free shipping label within 30 days for a full refund. Customized YourReebok products are excluded from refunds. 

  • Merchandise may be refunded where you bought it with a receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be new or unused with box/tags attached.
  • Purchase prices will be honored for all merchandise exchanges or refunds with a receipt.
  • All merchandise purchased through a discount promotion (for example, Buy One Get One Half Off) will be exchanged or returned at the value purchased. See invoice for purchased value. Price adjustments will be made for products not being returned within the promotion.

What is the Status Of My Refund?

It can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to Reebok. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by the warehouse of Reebok. 

How Will I Know Reebok.com Received My Order?

Reebok will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed and processed. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address, and the tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder. 

You will receive separate emails for product and Gift Card orders. 

Order Confirmation.
This e-mail tells you that we have received and are processing your order. Keep this e-mail for your records; it contains your order number. 

Shipment Confirmation.
This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order ship at different times.
