How Long are the Expiration Dates?
Expiration dates vary with each manufacturer. Alli Vet's practice is not to sell short dated products. Alli Vet's rolling inventory method will allow you to receive products with extended expiration dates.
Are Alli Vet's products the same as my vet's office?
Yes, they are the same exact products, but at lower prices. The pet medication and supplements we supply are FDA/EPA approved.
Is Shipping Cost Refundable In Case Of a Returned Package?
No, shipping cost is not refundable.
My Pet's Medication is Running Low. How Fast Will I Receive It?
Alli Vet recommends selecting the overnight shipping option for a guaranteed delivery date. There are many variables that may alter the delivery time of a shipment and that is why Alli Vet recommends the guaranteed overnight method.
How Quickly Will My Order Ship From Your Facility?
Orders with only over-the-counter (OTC) products generally ship within 24 business hours after Alli Vet receives the order. Rx orders generally ship 24-72 business hours after Alli Vet receives the authorization for the Rx item(s) from your Pet’s Vet. Orders with both Rx and OTC items will ship once the Rx item has been authorized by your Pet’s Vet.
Is My Credit/debit Card Charged When the Order Gets Placed?
No, Allivet only holds an authorization on credit/debit card but the card is not charged until your order has been shipped.
Do I Have to Set Up an Account to Order Online?
Yes. An account must be set up online in order to place your order. If you would like to do otherwise, you can contact by phone (1-877-500-9944) and place your order with a customer care team member.
Where Can I Get Assistance If I Am a New Customer?
