How to Receive My Order?
Different delivery addresses depend on different shipping method.
The Priority is direct mailing and standard flat shipping:
Parcels are usually delivered to your mail box or local post office.
If you missed the parcel. First: check in your mail box. Second: go to the local post office with the tracking number, order number and the recipient's name.
Expedited Shipping Service (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX...):
The Parcels are usually delivered to your home and the shipping list must to be signed by the receiver.
If you missed the parcel. First: contact your neighbors or family members to make sure nobody took your parcel. Second: check it in your local shipping company. Third: go to the post office with your tracking number and the recipient's name to pick up the parcel.
