If you missed a Power Deal, you can go to the Item Detail Page for that item and click on ‘Power Buy’ to activate the Deal again.

The lowest sell price in a Power Deal is awarded to the Buyers who joined the Power Deal first and continues in a FIFO (first in, first out) manner until the entire inventory allocated for the Power Deal is dispersed.

The Power Price is an estimate for the lowest price of an item (Power Unit Price), plus estimated shipping. A Seller needs to commit inventory at that price or lower for the Power Deal to be successful. When more Buyers commit to a Power Deal and more Sellers commit more item quantities at lower prices, the greater the chances a Power Deal can be successful.

In most cases, there is no limit on the number of quantities you can commit to in a Power Deal. However, there may be a limit on the available inventory for the Power Deal. This will be shown in the Item Detail Page.

Please contact the seller directly for any complaints about your orders (contact information can be found on the seller’s About Us page). The seller will coordinate with the courier and file a claim as needed.

Rest assured that every transaction you make on MassGenie with your credit card will be completely safe. There will be no hidden or unauthorized charges made to your card anytime during your shopping experience.

MassGenie accepts credit cards. Credit cards currently accepted include American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Diner's Club and JCB. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval.

Unfortunately, buyers at MassGenie can’t combine shipping charges for multiple orders from different sellers. Shipping charges and other policies are handled by each seller individually.

This is up to individual MassGenie sellers. Contact the seller directly for questions on shipping to PO boxers or APO/FPO addresses.

MassGenie sellers set their own shipping charges. When MassGenie calculates the price for a Power Deal, both the product price and the pre-calculated shipping rate are included in the total price.

The seller is responsible for choosing the couriers to deliver your orders. For your courier and delivery preferences or for other related questions, you can contact the seller directly through the contact information on the seller’s About Us page.

Your order will be shipped only when the Power Deal is successful. You’ll get a notification email if you’re one of the winning buyers of a Power Deal.
