What's the Delivery Of Keetsa?

Keetsa delivers free of charge to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. If you live outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.753.3872 for a shipping quote.

Most orders ship via Fedex Ground from their warehouse in California and can take 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Fedex tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, usually 1~2 business days after the order is placed. Using this tracking number on Fedex.com, you will be able to see when the item is being delivered. Fedex does not guarantee the delivery at certain time or call you before the delivery.

If you are in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or in New York City, and you require a special delivery service, please call Keetsa store in your area and purchase over the phone or come into the store. There is an extra fee for special delivery services.

Deliveries to most areas in Canada are also free. Please expect 7 to 10 business days for delivery in Canada. Keetsa pays all duty and customs fee related to shipping the item over the border.

Although very rare, there may be shipping delays due to stock shortage or other unexpected reasons, which will be promptly notified to you. Keetsa is not responsible for any shipping delays and does not guarantee a certain shipping time, date or durations of delivery.
