What is the Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy?
You may cancel any pediped Outlet order as long as the order status is "in process." If your order status is "shipped," the order can no longer be cancelled. Although Pediped Outlet can remove items from an order if that order has not shipped, Pediped Outlet cannot add or otherwise alter items in an order at any time. If you would like to order more items to an order, please place another order.
