• How Much is It to Return an Item?

  Return shipping is always on us and you're welcome to exchange for another style, or opt for store credit. Due to JustFab's fabulous pricing, JustFab is required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund.

  JustFab uses FedEx via USPS. FedEx will pick up your order from our warehouse, and then transfer it to USPS for final delivery. You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

  Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, and once shipped, you'll be sent a shipment confirmation email.

• Where Do I Get a Shipping Label?

  To print out your pre-paid return label, go to My Account Order History and click on the return link on the order details to request a return label. Once that's done a label will be emailed to you, for you to print out and place on your return box.
