Because AutoAnything works directly with the manufacturers, items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, AutoAnything cannot assure you that items will ship together or arrive at the same time.
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or AutoAnything error, they pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In this case, AutoAnything encourages you to take advantage of their discounted return shipping labels.
Contact an AutoAnything Customer Care Specialist at (800) 874-8888 and select option #2. AutoAnything will provide you with an RA#, which is required for all returns, and email you detailed return instructions.
For your security, the manufacturers of
AutoAnything may require a signature for delivery. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions, however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
