What's the Shipping Information Of CarId?

CARiD ships merchandise worldwide using FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Many of the products on CARiD.com will ship for free; if you do not see the FREE SHIPPING icon under the product description, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

  1. Products may ship separately from different warehouses.
  2. Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
  3. Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.
  4. "Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
  5. Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

What Should I Do If There Has Something Wrong With My Shipment?

If you have not received your merchandise, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered;
please contact CarID and a replacement will be processed within 72 business hours. CarID will cover the cost of the new product and handle the claim with the courier.

Lost Package Claims in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Double Check (Couriers occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen, or damaged by weather. Take a look around - ask your neighbors, roommates, or family members to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by.)   
  2. File a claim   
  3. Get your replacement (A replacement is processed for you)

What Should I Do If I Have Some Technical & Fitment Issues?

If you are having trouble installing your item, or the product does not seem to be fitting your vehicle, please contact Technical Customer Care, the specialists of CarID will gladly assist you in installing your product.

What Should I Do If I Receive Damaged Or Defective Item(s)?

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).  
  • There are additional requirements for products that ship freight.

Damage claims in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. File a Claim   
  2. Keep item in original packaging (Some items will need to be picked up for courier inspection)   
  3. Receive your Replacement (A replacement will be processed immediately)

What's the Core Deposit Detailed Instructions Of CarId?

If the product you purchased included a core deposit charge please follow the instructions below:

  1. Carefully open the product that has been sent to you. Note: You will need to reuse that box to return the core and receive your deposit back.      
  2. Inspect the product and be sure it meets your satisfaction.      
  3. Remove all items from the box.      
  4. Locate the plastic packing slip envelope that was included with your product.      
  5. Print the prepaid shipping label (sent to you via e-mail) and insert it into the plastic packing envelope. Be sure the bar code and return address are visible. Note: You may have to fold the label to allow it to properly fit.      
  6. Place the fully assembled product to be returned directly in the box and seal it with tape for shipment. Note: Product cores returned to CARiD.com that are not fully assembled, or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle, will void the core deposit and the deposit will be forfeited.      
  7. Once the box is sealed properly for shipment, place the plastic packing slip (with shipping label inside) over the label that was used to ship the package to you.      
  8. Please use your local UPS services to return the product to us. If you need assistance finding your local UPS site, please contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877.

Once CarID receive and inspect the returned product your deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Waht's the Warranty Claim?

CarID will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the "details" section of each product page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid CARiD shipping label.

Warranty claims in 3 Easy Steps:  

  1. File a Claim   
  2. Ship it back (CARiD will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).   
  3. Get your replacement (A replacement will be processed as soon as your defective item is on its way back to CarID).

What Can I Exchange?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, UGG will exchange products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include: 

  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)   
  • Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)   
  • Custom Wheels & Tires Packages

How to Cancel My Order Of CarID?

Whether you want a refund, store credit, or an alternative product UGG will process your cancellation request immediately and without any hidden fees.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Non-Returnable products cannot be cancelled or modified once manufacturing has begun, they include:          
  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)         
  • Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)        
  • Custom Wheels & Tires Packages      

Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
