Why Isn’t My Discount Code Working?

Usually a discount code won’t work because it’s expired or because the items in your shopping cart are restricted. First check if the code you are using has an expiration date or has any requirements such as a minimum spend amount. How Do I Add a Discount Or Promotion Code?

Apply your discount code to your order during the check out process. After you enter your shipping information there will be a box that prompts ‘Gift card or discount code.’ Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. Only one discount can be applied to an order. If you have more than one discount code save one for later or share with a friend.

How Long Does a Refund Or Exchange Take to Process?

From initial return request to receipt of your refund or exchange, expect 7-14 days for the process to complete. Cynthia Rowley will do everything they can to make sure turn-around time is as quick as possible. When you ship an item back to Cynthia Rowley it can take up to 5 business days plus 3-4 days to process. Once Cynthia Rowley receives your items and have them checked in, you’ll be refunded right away. Exchange items are processed and sent out as soon as you request them. 

What is an "Instant Refund Gift Card" and How Do I Use It?

As you go through the steps to make a return or exchange you will receive an instant refund for any of the items you decide to send back. The instant refund gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away rather than wait for a credit card refund. Add new goodies to your cart and enter the instant refund code in the discount/gift card box at check out.

Where Can I Find My Shipping Label?

You’ll receive your pre-paid shipping label as you go through the steps to make an exchange or return. Start by going to returns.cynthiarowley.com and entering in the e-mail address you used to place your order. Once Cynthia Rowley know which items you’re sending back you’ll be able to print your pre-paid shipping label.

How Do I Start a Return Or Exchange?

To start a return or exchange go to: returns.cynthiarowley.com and enter the e-mail address you used to place your order. Cynthia Rowley will send you an e-mail with a link to your order history. From there you will be able to select which items to send back and print a pre-paid return label. For exchanges you will be able to select a new size, color, or completely new style. This is based upon on available inventory. Cynthia Rowley will ship your new order to you right away! What is the Return Policy of Cynthia Rowley?

Cynthia Rowley accepts returns on full price merchandise that is in unworn condition with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased at full price are eligible for return or exchange. Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Cynthia Rowley will ship everywhere in the U.S. as well as to 224 countries internationally.

Where Do Orders Ship From?

Most orders will ship from warehouse. Less frequently, high demand or specialty items will ship from one of boutiques. To get your order out to you as soon as possible, items from your order may ship from various locations, so you will receive multiple packages. If your order ships in separate packages customer care team will send you tracking information for each shipment. Don’t worry if you selected an expedited shipping method, you will only be charged once.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Cynthia Rowley Order?

Once you place your order Cynthia Rowley starts to process and fulfill quickly! If your order has not yet shipped Cynthia Rowley will do their best to cancel and make any changes. The sooner you reach out to Cynthia Rowley the better.

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive? Can It Be Expedited?

With Free Ground Shipping your order will arrive by UPS in 3-5 business days. Cynthia Rowley also offers UPS 3 Day Select shipping for $10, which will arrive 3 days after the package is processed and shipped from warehouse, and UPS 2nd Day Air for $20, which will arrive 2 days after the package is processed and shipped from  warehouse. For orders being delivered within Manhattan Cynthia Rowley offers Same Day Delivery for $30. Orders must be placed before 12pm to be delivered the same day. Orders placed at 12pm for Same Day Delivery will arrive the next business day. International orders are shipped by DHL for a flat fee of $40, and will arrive within 2-4 business days after the package is processed and shipped from warehouse. 

When Will My Cynthia Rowley Order Ship?

Cynthia Rowley will ask for 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday – Friday will process that evening, order volume permitting. Orders placed after 3pm EST Monday – Friday will process the next day. Orders placed after 3pm EST Friday and over the weekend will process and ship Monday.
