Why are Shipping Restrictions Applied to Some Products?

Due to international trading agreements and custom regulations, shipping restrictions are applied to some brands and products. A product that is restricted to be shipped to your country will be removed from your shopping cart.

When Will My Order Be Delivered from Lane Crawford?

Delivery (Hong Kong SAR):
- 1 to 2 working days

Delivery (Mainland China):
- Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu: 2 to 3 working days
- Other areas: 3 to 5 working days

Delivery (other destinations):
- 3 to 5 working days

What Delivery Options are Available?

Delivery service is available for all online orders. Customers placing orders in Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China may also select in-store collection service from any of our stores.

Will the Delivery Fee, Tax and Duty Costs Be Included In My Refund?

Delivery fees will not be refunded for any return or exchange.

If your order has been sent to a DDI destination (inclusive taxes and duties), taxes and duties will be refundable. If your order has been sent to a DDU destination (taxes and duties collected by local customs and courier), taxes and duties are non-refundable from Lane Crawford.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund from Lane Crawford?

Refunds will usually be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 days. For Mainland China orders that selected "Pay on Delivery", we will contact you for your bank information to arrange a refund.

Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

How Do I Return Or Exchange an Online Order?

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any item(s) by using our complimentary collection service, or drop off at Concierge in any of our stores (Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China orders only).

Return by Collection Service:
- Find your order in MY ACCOUNT under PREVIOUS ORDER
- Click RETURN
- Complete the return request form and you will receive a confirmation email
- You may select SELF BOOKING to arrange courier for our complimentary collection service. Customers placing orders in Hong Kong SAR can contact on SF Express's hotline 2730 0273, choose your preferred language and then press ‘3’ to proceed with their Customer Service Team. Customers placing orders in Mainland China can contact on SF Express's hotline 95338. Customers placing orders in other destinations can contact the hotline of your nearest DHL branch

Return at Concierge in store:
- Complete the return request form and you will receive a confirmation email
- Visit Concierge at any of our stores
- Return the respective item(s) in the original packing and make sure to bring the invoice with you
- We only accept returns at Concierge for orders made in the same country

Can I Add Additional Items to My Submitted Order?

Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it. In alternatives, you may submit a new order for additional items.

When Will Payment for an Online Order Be Charged?

Online orders will usually be charged on dispatch. For China UnionPay debit cards and credit cards issued by China Merchants Bank, ICBC and CGB for China UnionPay and Alipay payment, orders will be charged when submitted.

Can I Pay With a Lane Crawford Gift Card?

At checkout, choose “Pay By Gift Card” as your preferred payment method and enter the 9-digit Gift Card number (under the barcode) and 9-digit alphanumeric PIN (beneath the scratch panel) when prompted.

Please note that Gift Card payments will only be accepted for orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR or Mainland China.

What Currency Will I Be Charged In?

The currency is automatically set to match the country you are browsing in. When you select an overseas delivery destination, the currency and pricing will change to match that country.

Can I Order a Gift Online at Lane Crawford?

At Checkout, select “THIS ORDER IS A GIFT” to include a personal message and gift-wrapping service. To send a gift overseas, select the shipping destination country at the bottom of the page before selecting your item(s). For security reasons, your first online order must be delivered to your credit card billing address.

Do I Need to Create an Account Before Placing an Order at Lane Crawford?

A membership account is not mandatorily required and you may select GUEST CHECKOUT to place an order without an account.
