Do I Have to Pay for the Return Postage?

Unfortunately, Lovedrobe does not cover the cost for the return of unwanted items. If you have received the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact Lovedrobe to arrange for the return postage to be reibursed back to you.

I Want to Return My Item, What Do I Do?

Lovedrobe accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please be careful when trying your items on as Lovedrobe may refuse any items soiled by such things as make-up or perfume. All items must be returned unused with the original tags intact. Please return the item along with the return section of the invoice to return address: Lovedrobe Returns, OM House, 32 Broughton Street, Manchester, M8 8NN. Lovedrobe strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to return your goods incase they go missing in the post. Please retain all proof of postage incase any problems arise with your parcel. You can return more than one item at a time in the same parcel if you wish to do so.

My Parcel Was Delivery Damaged, What Do I Do?

Lovedrobe will try their best to package items so that they arrive safely and in perfect condition. If, on the rare occasion, your parcel gets damaged in transit, please contact us straight away. Usually, Lovedrobe can arrange to replace any items that have been damaged in the post.

Does Lovedrobe Ship to My Country?

Lovedrobe delivery to most countries in the EU and the rest of the world, however there are some exclusions. For a full list of exclusions, please visit delivery page on

Can I Choose My Delivery Date and Time?

Lovedrobe doesn't offer the option to choose delivery days or times. All items are delivered by Royal Mail and are tracked. If you are not home to receive your parcel it will either be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or taken to your local delivery office for collection. You should be left a 'Something for you card' detailing where your parcel is. If you choose Special Delivery, your item should arrive the next working day (Excluding weekends and bank holidays) before 1pm, however we cannot be specific about the time.

Why Has My Item Not Arrived Yet?

Depending on which postage service you chose at the checkout will determine the expected delivery date. Please note that for all services except Special Delivery, delivery times are not guranteed. If your item hasn't arrived after the expected delivery date please contact Lovedrobe, however Lovedrobe may ask you to allow a few more days for delivery depending on how soon you contact Lovedrobe.

I Have Ordered More Than One Item, Can Lovedrobe Combine Them Into One Parcel?

If you wish to order more than one item, please add them to your basket and proceed to pay for the items together. Only items that are ordered together will be posted together. Any items purchased separately will be charged postage and dispatched separately.

I Forgot to Use My Discount Code At the Checkout, Can Lovedrobe Refund Me for the Discount?

Unfortunately, all discount codes are only valid during the checkout before the order is finalised. Please make sure to check your basket total before confirming your order as Lovedrobe cannot refund for any intended discount codes after they receive the payment.

Can I Place an Lovedrobe Order Over the Phone?

Unfortunately, Lovedrobe is unable to process phone payments at this time. 

Can I Cancel My Lovedrobe Order?

Please contact Lovedrobe as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Although Lovedrobe can't guarantee to cancel orders after they receive payment, Lovedrobe will try their best to help accomdate your request if you contact Lovedrobe before the order is dispatched. Please quote your order number and name.
