Print Pictures takes precautions to protect its customers' information. Information submitted on the Print Pictures website is secured online and offline. Registration and authentication on the Print Pictures website is encrypted and secured. Print Pictures operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in. Print Pictures’ web and data servers are also kept secure.
Please assure you enter a correct street address that can accept deliveries from USPS, Fedex, and UPS. If an order is returned to us because no deliveries can be made by any carrier, store credit less actual shipping charges will be incurred. Shipping must be paid before the shipment, as well as shipment to a new address, if the address is changed after the order is placed. All shipments will be sent out within 14 business days, Print Pictures will always make their best effort to ship the orders out within this time frame, however, this number is merely an estimated date.

Please make sure that any voucher codes or coupon codes used have been properly applied and the discount is reflected correctly in the shopping cart sub total amount. Once your order has been submitted, the order (project(s)) is sent immediately to production. It is very important that the order is correct before the order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, this must be done prior to the order production process, prior to the order being printed, which may be less than 24 hours after the ordered is successfully placed and completed on Print Pictures.
After an order has been processed and shipped, you can inquire about the shipping method and delivery date for the shipment by contacting helpdesk@Print.Pictures. Also, each customer will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail after the order has been shipped with information regarding the shipping method. Once the order has been placed successfully on Print.Pictures it is not possible to change the shipping method or delivery address of the shipment.
