In order to provide faster shipping services to you, 20lb cases (not variety packs) of Belgian, Premium and Chocolate Melts chocolate are available to ship from one of two locations: San Diego or Buffalo, NY. Sephra will determine which location is best to ship your order from. All orders for 20lb cases of chocolate should arrive within 3 business days if shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping times and locations are subject to change without notice depending on inventory availability at each location. All other Sephra products only ship from San Diego. Orders cannot be picked up from our Buffalo location.
If you would like to ship your order express, it must be placed online before 9:30am Pacific Time in order for it to ship the same day. If placed online after 9:30am Pacific Time, your order will ship the next business day. If your express order is placed by phone with a representative before 1pm Pacific Time, Sephra can get your order out the same day. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count as shipping days. Please call Sephra at (877) 617 8803 if you would like to guarantee delivery by a certain day.
Free Ground Shipping Notice: All products advertised with free shipping will be shipped free via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping only applies to those items advertised as free shipping. Shipping charges will apply to those items that do not have free shipping.
Please note: When figuring out the estimated time of delivery, you CANNOT count the day the order ships as a shipping day. For example, if you choose the 2-day option on a Wednesday, this order would ship Wednesday and arrive on Friday.

All returns require a proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed to be processed and may be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Customer Service Department at (858) 675 3088. Once an RMA number is issued, products must be returned within 15 days.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. For your protection, Sephra will recommend that you return the product using an insured shipping method. Sephra, LLC is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Please note that products not purchased directly from Sephra, LP must be returned to the original place of purchase for a refund.
If your order is returned to us by our shipper because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to Sephra by the shipper, in addition to the original shipping costs and the restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you would like us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, Sephra will do so but will charge your credit card for a second set of shipping fees.
All items purchased in conjunction with a promotion are non-refundable. If the item is defective it may be returned for a replacement or store credit only.
