How Will I Know If Any Item In My Order is Unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund against any missing items (if any) will also be automatically initiated within 24 hours of successful order delivery. 

Is It Safe to Use My Bank Details Or Debit / Credit Card to Shop On StarQuik?

Yes, it is. All transactions on StarQuik are completed via secure payment gateways. StarQuik does not store your card details at any given time.

I’m Trying to Place an Order Today But It is Getting Scheduled for the Next Day. What Can I Do?

StarQuik knows customers love same day delivery. Order anytime upto 6PM and you should be able to get the order on the same day in your desired slot. 

However, due to holidays or other reasons, StarQuik might be running full up on some days and you might not get your desired slots. Don’t worry. StarQuik will watch capacities closely and are constantly expanding to service you well.

Does StarQuik Charge for Delivery?

All order above Rs. 500 qualify for Free deliveries. There is a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 50for orders less than Rs. 500 in value. 

What are Delivery Times?

StarQuik delivers in 2 hour delivery slots starting from 8 AM in the morning to 12 AM at night. Ordering window for a delivery slot closes 2 hours prior to the delivery slot. For Eg: For a 10 AM - 12 noon delivery slot, you can place an order until 8 AM. 

So, go ahead and choose a delivery slot is most convenient for you. 

How Do I Pay for a StarQuik Purchase?

StarQuik offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that StarQuik's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on StarQuik. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. 

How Do I Pay Using My Wallet Balance?

Amount added into your StarQuik wallet can be redeemed at the time of checkout.  

Cash is added to your wallet by

  • If your referral successfully places an order 
  • Cashback on purchase 
  • Amount credited by StarQuik as Special Promotional scheme

How Can I Make Payments At StarQuik?

StarQuik accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking, PayTM and other wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders.

When Will I Get My Cashback?

If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 24 hours of delivery, in your Starquik Wallet. The amount can be used to make purchases on StarQuik.com.

How Long Does StarQuik Take to Initiate My Refund?

Refunds against order will be made into the StarQuik wallet automatically within 24 hours of the order delivery. Please write to StarQuik via email or call customer support centre in case you want the money to be refunded to the credit card / debit card / bank account used to make the original payment.

How Can I Add More Credits In My StarQuik Wallet?

Currently credits/cash is given under following conditions 

  1. Successful registration of your referral (referral bonus) 
  2. Cashback for purchases 
  3. Refund of certain amount 
  4. Any promo offer running with StarQuik

Do I Need to Place Order From the Location Where I Need Delivery?

You can order from office and get delivery at your home or your can order from your home and get delivery in your office! You can also add multiple delivery addresses in your account, however delivery can be made to 1 address for 1 order and the address needs to be in serviceable area.

Are There Any Hidden Charges Apart From Product Cost and Taxes?

StarQuik does has a delivery fee in case the order value does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery. Other than that, there are no additional charges added.

Can I Track the Status Of My Order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order by logging into My Orders section. Also, StarQuik will keep notifying you with the status of your order as it processes.

How Can I Make Changes to My Order Before and After Confirmation?

Yes, you can edit quantities and products in your cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder your items. Or place a fresh order with newly added items.

How is My StarQuik Order Processed?

As soon as you place an order, the following actions take place: 

  1. You will get a notification through SMS of the confirmed order along with the expected delivery time. 
  2. The order is routed to partner Star Bazaar stores where expert team of picker pick and carefully pack the order as per your delivery schedule. 
  3. Order is packed and handed over to your delivery agent 
  4. Delivery agents delivers the items to your delivery address as per scheduled time 

Throughout the above stages, the Order Fulfilment Team continuously monitors the process so that you get the desired product within the time committed to you. In case the order or some items in the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, the same will be informed to you before your order is dispatched from the store.
