How to Cancel Or Amend My Order?

Eve Lom is very quick at processing orders once they have been placed, so they cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or amended before it is dispatched but we will always try.

If you notice any errors in your order after placing it, please contact Customer Services at customerservices@evelom.com, after 45 minutes at which point Eve Lom will be able to access your order and they would be more than happy to assist you.
