What If My Engraving is Wrong?

In the unlikely scenario of your engraving not being as you've specified online Cherish will immediately replace your order free of charge using Express Service. Please note; you will need to email Cherish a picture of the incorrect engraving to customerservice@cherish.co.uk, so that Cherish may not even need the product returned in order to send out the new correct unit. In some cases such as sterling products Cherish will need the items returned (Cherish will refund your carriage).
