What If Something is Wrong With My Order?

Smarty takes your party very seriously! As such, great effort is made to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting policy, as Smarty Had A Party unfortunately cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.
