What Credit/debit Cards Do Costume Discounters Accept?

Costume Discounters accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

What Size Should I Select?

If a costume is offered in multiple sizes, you will be required to select your size on the item's description page before proceeding. Standard sized adult costumes traditionally fits women sizes 7-12 and men up to a 44 inch chest or 200lbs.

Please see the item's description for more details on costume sizes or click on the button marked "Size Chart." All items have a size chart button that contains the product measurements that are provided from the manufacturer, we do not have any additional information besides what is listed.

How Do I Return Or Exchange an Item If I Live Outside Of the Continental United States?

All orders shipped outside of the continental 48 states, you may still return your order to Costume Discounters for credit, but you are responsible for all shipping charges. When returning your item, Costume Discounters STRONGLY suggests that you use a method of shipping that includes tracking. If there is an error or the items you received were damaged, please give us a call so that we may correct the situation immediately. Costume Discounters will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Return.

When Can I Expect My Refund From Costume Discounters?

It usually takes 10 - 14 business days to process your return once Costume Discounters receives it in warehouse located in New Berlin, WI. Please note that Costume Discounters sends a return confirmation email after the return has been procceseed. It can take up to an additional 5-7 business days for the bank to process your credit once Costume Discounters submits it and for the credit to appear on your statement.

Under What Conditions May I Return an Order?

You may return an order if you received your order and have determined that you need a different size, if you received your order and an item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, or if you received your order and have determined that you would like a different costume.

Items may only be returned, if they are unused and in new condition with original packaging within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

However, certain accessory items such as wigs, body wear/stockings, etc may not be returned once the manufacturer's sealed packaging has been opened.

Can I Combine Promotional Discounts?

No. Costume Discounters only allows one promotional code per order. Costume Discounters does not allow customers to stack or combine promotional codes. In addition, promotional codes can not be applied to orders that customers are using a Plum Benefits Certificate or Groupon code.
