How Long Will Shipping Take?

Shipping time depends on many factors:

  • Which shipping method you select
  • How close your shipping destination is to our warehouse
  • Which day of the week you place your order
  • What time of day you place your order

What Items Can I Return?

You may only return items that

  • Are unopened and in their original condition
  • Were sent to you in damaged or defective condition
  • Were not disallowed from return by any promotional restrictions
  • Were not sold as clearance items or seconds

How Do I Cancel My Order If I Don't Want It?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact the Customer Service department in a timely manner. If your order has not shipped out of warehouse, LinenTablecloth will be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

What Does Gateway Error Mean?

A gateway error happens for one of 3 reasons:

  1. The billing address or name does not match what the bank/credit card company has on file for the customer
  2. The security code does not match what the bank/credit card company has on file
  3. The bank has declined the transaction for whatever reason
  4. If you provide the last 4 digits of the credit card, we can usually narrow it down to one of these reasons.

My Shipping Address is Different From My Billing Address

During the checkout process you are able to enter two different addresses if needed, (a Billing address and a Shipping address).

Once you enter your billing information, you can select the "ship to different address" icon before clicking "Continue". You will then be prompted to enter different Shipping information.

You will be able to review everything and check the addresses before you place your order.
