The goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s).
- For claims, please e-mail Life and Home at sales@lifeandhome.com so that Life and Home
can initiate the process. All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced.
- Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.

will charge 10% restocking on power tools only!
- Seasonal item cannot be returned.
