What is the 30-day Return Policy Of Life and Home?
The goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s).
- For claims, please e-mail Life and Home at sales@lifeandhome.com so that Life and Home can initiate the process. All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced.
- Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Life and Home will charge 10% restocking on power tools only!
- Seasonal item cannot be returned.
