Simply enter the information in Step 3 of our checkout process. All payments must be made in full at time of shipment.
If you would like to use a gift card issued by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, please register it first at the website listed on the back of the card. Your order will not process unless the card is registered with the issuing bank and a valid billing address is provided. If you try to place an order using an unregistered gift card, it will be declined - but the funds will be authorized for use, although not drawn from the card. This may result in the authorized funds temporarily not being available for use on another purchase. Additionally, if you return items that have been purchased with a gift card, the credit will be put back on the original form of payment.

This means Ann Taylor Factory offered the merchandise in their stores or on anntaylorfactory.com at those prices; however, Ann Taylor Factory may not have sold the item at that price. The savings Ann Taylor Factory show on their receipts from these prices may not be based on actual sales of the item at the "Original" or "Ticket" prices. Some "Original" or "Ticket" prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days.
Ann Taylor Factory will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise purchased on website by mail. Unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any Ann Taylor Factory store, with the exception of select merchandise noted in return policy below. Please note: Ann Taylor Factory cannot accept Ann Taylor Factory returns at Ann Taylor, LOFT, Lou & Grey or LOFT Outlet stores. Additionally, merchandise purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail - it must be returned to a store.
Ann Taylor Factory will credit you for returns accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, an E-Gift certificate* will be emailed for the amount paid by the sender. Returns accompanied by an original receipt, made more than 30 days after purchase, will be credited for the item's current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit** or as a merchandise exchange. Final sale merchandise (merchandise with a .44, .77 or .88 cent price ending) may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns without an original receipt will be credited for the item's current selling price on the date of the return, in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise without an original receipt that is deemed Final Sale on the date of return may not be returned or exchanged.
