Once an order has been processed the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you placed an order and your organization is tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt certificate (please include your order number on the certificate) to 330-650-3369 and Little Tikes will credit the sales tax from your order once the order ships.
As most companies who sell online do, Little Tikes authorizes your credit card for the amount of your order at the time of purchase. An authorization means that, while the money has not actually been paid to Little Tikes, your available credit is reduced by the amount of the authorization. Even though you have not been charged for that order your available credit is reduced by the amount of your order total.
The charge is normally completed in 3 to 7 days when your order ships. If your order does not ship within ten days the authorization will expire, and the amount will be re-authorized.
Once your order ships your credit card is charged for the amount authorized. This is not a double charge.
Canada orders are calculated in US Dollars. Please note that your credit card charge will show the conversion to Canadian dollars.

All sales are final on replacement part orders. Little Tikes has a no return policy on replacement part orders. Please check the model number on your product to make sure you are ordering the correct part. Many replacement parts are not compatible with older models.
Littletikes.com does not match prices with any of our online competitors or retail partners. Little Tikes does not accept returns from other retailers.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable, this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or on item(s) where a delivery is refused. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. All sales are final on clearance items. *Please note: All refused truck or parcel orders have shipping charges that are the responsibility of the consumer.
