What are My Payment Options of Modo Bath?

If I Received Damaged Items, What Should I Do? Could I Change It?

If you notice that your ordered was damaged during transit, do not take possession of the damaged goods. Any damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.

If you notice concealed damage after delivery, then you will need to take pictures of the damage and contact the customer service team. Modo Bath requires that damages are reported to Modo Bath within 2 business days of delivery and most carriers only allow claims to be filed within 2 business days of delivery.

Modo Bath will replace all damages reported within 2 business days. Replacements of damages reported about 2 business days will only be replaced if Modo Bath is able to file a claim with the carrier. Modo Bath will not replace any damages reported after 2 weeks of delivery.

What If I Want to Cancel My Order, How About the Cancellations Policy?

If you need to cancel an order, please call the customer support at (800) 686-1480 or send Modo Bath an email at [email protected] Please note the following conditions for cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped
  • Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped. Once the item is en route, the request will be considered a return. In this case, the shipping and handling costs each way will be deducted from the final refund.
  • Any refused shipments will be considered cancellations and are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling fees incurred.

What is the Returns & Replacements Policy Of Modo Bath?

Modo Bath accepts returns within 30 days of the order ship date. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order ship date. Modo Bath will provide an additional 10 days for the item to be returned back and received by Modo Bath after the return request is accepted by one Modo Bath's representatives. For returns, the cost of shipping and handling each way will be deducted from the final refund. A returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in resellable condition, free from damages, scratches and/or defects
  • Item must not have been installed
  • Item must be in its original packaging without any writing or labels on the original packaging

Modo Bath offers free shipping within the continental US for most orders. Shipping may also be upgraded to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
