If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us within 30 days of original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price; sorry but clearance items are not returnable and shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
Most refunds are credited back to your account within 10-15 days of warehouse receiving the returned items.
To initiate a return on your order, please go to the My Account page at www.designerliving.com. Then, simply follow the instructions as printed on your enclosed packing slip. Due to Designer Living having multiple regional returns centers based on product category, please return item/items to the address in the upper right hand corner of your packing slip.
