The refund policies vary slightly. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
Contact email@example.com or call 1-877-ASK-EFFY to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. For your protection, Effy Jewelry recommends shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders originating in the U.S, the return, Effy Jewelry offers free returns. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item/s for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 15 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 16 and 30 days from date of shipment, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. Effy Jewelry will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes. After 30 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
No, the shipping fee is non refundable, unless Effy Jewelry shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the ship date.
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.
All in-stock items are shipped Monday thru Friday, but may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.
