How to Return By Mail?

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call the contact center immediately at 1-800-311-5393 for assistance.
    1. Please read the information on your original packing slip.
    2. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
    3. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide Zales with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
    4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Zales cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, Zales will recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: SJIX-Processing 375 Ghent Road Akron, OH 44333
    5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the distribution center.
    6. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

    Does Zales Delivery to My Door?

    Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. UPS® will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

    What's the Gift Card Product Details?

    • A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
    • If the amount of your gift card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with an additional form of payment.
    • If the amount of your gift card is for more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use.
    • Gift cards are non‐transferable, non‐refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
    • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
    • Gift cards are not reloadable.
    • Gift cards cannot be applied as payment toward your Zales Credit Card® account.
    • Please make sure to hold onto all gift cards used in your purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to grant credit back to the card(s).

    What the In Store Services Include?

    During its lifetime, almost all jewelry will need some sort of service. Zales offers a variety of services and programs designed to protect your jewelry investment. These include the Lifetime Diamond Commitment, available on any purchase of covered diamond jewelry, and the in-store services. These services may not be available at all stores and prices and service time may vary.

    What's the Returns and Exchange Policy Of Zales?

    Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

    • Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. 
    • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
    • Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order watches.
    • Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with original sales receipt.
    • Cash refunds over $200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.
    • Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
    • Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
    • All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
