We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

You won’t just get your oversized item delivered to the room or outdoor location of your choice — it’ll be unboxed and set up, and all the packaging will be taken away so you don’t have to deal with it. You’ll have to pay an additional fee, but this is about as convenient as it gets.
When you order an oversized item, you’ll be given an estimated delivery date range, and then a delivery company will call you to schedule the exact delivery window. There’s no delivery on Sunday or major holidays.Jet.com can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. You won’t be able to cancel your order after 30 minutes have passed, but once the items have arrived, you can visit your Order History page to initiate a return.
To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.
