All purchases made through ULTA stores and ULTA.com can only be exchanged with NuMe under our manufacturer warranty. You will need to go to the retailer directly for refunds. If you have any other questions about your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To locate your order number NuMe will need a valid email address, your full name, and your phone number.
NuMe processes returns within 3-5 business days once NuMe receives the item. If approved for your refund, NuMe processes all refunds within 48 hours after submission in the U.S. So check with your bank after this period for additional delays on their end.
