Cancellation requests should be submitted by phone or e-mail as soon after the order has been placed as possible. Medex Supply processes orders as soon they are received, and most orders ship the same day. All requests must be approved by their cancellations department.
Cancelled orders containing items that have been ordered in to their warehouse from the manufacturer or vendor or have already been shipped may be subject to our standard return policy. Special order items, freight items, or items made per order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
You have up to 30 days to return products for a refund or exchange.
Please note, for some products you will incur a re-stocking fee between 15% - 25%, depending on the item returned. The product must be in 100% restockable condition, meaning it cannot show any signs of use or damage. MedexSupply reserves the right to deny return requests at our discretion.
They currently charge sales tax only for orders that are being shipped within the state of New Jersey. If you are located in New Jersey and are tax exempt, simply fax or e-mail the applicable documentation so that you will not be charged.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped that will contain the tracking number and shipping carrier. To check the status of the delivery, go to the shipping carrier's website and enter the tracking number. For a shortcut, simply enter the tracking number in Google, which should result in a direct link to shipping information for your order.
